Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the game8 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any balance refund. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information. Providing false information may result in your account being terminated.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless there is clear evidence of unauthorised access and you have reported it to us promptly.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the game8 platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, or similar systems to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
  • Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to another individual.
  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR

All transactions on the game8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate and valid. game8 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

Deposit

  • Deposits are processed via approved payment methods only, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfer.
  • Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected.
  • Game8 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing certain deposits or withdrawals.
  • Transactions suspected of being fraudulent may be held for investigation without prior notice.

Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the name of the account holder.
  • Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and may take up to several business days.
  • Any taxes or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the user's responsibility.
  • Bonus rollover requirements must be met before any bonus-related withdrawals can be processed.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

Game8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, multi-account usage, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. In such cases, balances associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. Users may appeal an account closure decision through the customer support channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the game8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of game8 or its respective third-party licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from game8.

Third-Party Links

The game8 platform may contain references or links to third-party services or content. Such links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply any endorsement or approval by game8. game8 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, accuracy, or security of third-party websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
